📌 Important Usage Guidelines

📦 Before First Use:

• Let the unit stand upright for 24 hours to allow compressor oil to settle after shipment.

• Place the machine in a well-ventilated space (e.g., kitchen with open windows). Avoid areas with strong heating/cooling airflow, which can lower local humidity.

💧 Water Production Tips:

• Water becomes available when the screen shows 1/2 full.

• In lower humidity (spring), it may take up to 48 hours to reach that level.

• Let the machine run continuously for optimal performance.

🚿 Filter Flushing Before Use:

• Allow water to be produced for 5–6 days to flush out new filter dust and residue.

• Once the tank is 3/4 full, drain the water, then begin using it for drinking.

• This ensures maximum purity and taste.

🔥 Hot Water Use:

• Activate heating by pressing the button on the top rear panel once sufficient water has been generated.

• Dispense hot water by holding both the hot water button and red safety lock.

🔁 If Turned Off for 2+ Days:

• Drain all water from tanks and filters.

• When restarting, flush the system to remove any potential bacteria—especially in warmer climates.

🧼 Flushing the Internal Tanks and Pipes:

1. Power on the unit.

2. Fill the lower tank with tap water until full.

3. Drain through the rear drainage port.

4. Repeat 3 times. On the 4th flush, dispense from hot and cold taps, discard the first batch, and test the second. If issues remain, replace filters.

🧪 If Turned Off for 1+ Week: Deep Cleaning Required

• Remove filters and clean the system with a citric acid solution (13–15L recommended).

• Let sit in the internal tanks for 30 minutes, then drain.

• Reinstall filters and flush with clean water 3–4 times before resuming normal use.
